I was anxious about custom orthotics because I tried heat-molded insoles from Amazon (which are a total scam), and then did those cork insoles that 'mold' to your feet over time. The problem is that my foot is kinda messed up, and both of these just molded to my messed-up feet and didn’t correct any underlying issues.
I was sick of getting Dr. Scholl’s and Superfeet that I’d have to cut with scissors, and they would break down after a few months, so I went with Strides, and I’m never going back. Crazy how much the customization helps.
Plantar Fasciitis had my feet in PAIN. My heels were on fire every day. Since getting Stride, the pain has gone away. I think my posture is also a lot better.
Knee pain is usually not this bad, but after a few years on the rig I had myself good. I went with those supersfeet but they only kinda helped. They also really smelt bad. I liked how Stride has that breathable top layer and a super cushioned midsole. I can't leave home without these guys anymore
When I wake up in the morning I used to get terrible heel pain. It feels like those first few steps to the bathroom were like walking on spikes.
Turns out that it was just plantar fasciitis, which my old physical therapy diagnosed me with. She recommended I go to get super feet, which I bought at my local running store. They unfortunatly didn't fit me well as I had to cut them with scissors and didn't feel like they could hold up my weight.
I saw some advertisements on instagram for Stride, so I decided to give them a try instead. I bought their custom series, which were made for my actual diagnosis. Unlike the Superfeet pair, these one came with instructions, which were easy to follow and got my ready for the new sensation I would feel with these orthotics.
Every month my foot pain was getting worse. Mostly in my feels but sometimes it would creep up my lef. I went to the doctor who said I might have plantar Fasciitis. He said I should go see a Podiatrist. My friends had gone to a Podiatrist who charged them $400 for orthotics. Luckily I found stride which was much cheaper.
Received my insoles and like them. Have a few questions and the packaging says to give them a call, yet there is no phone number listed anywhere. I’ve sent multiple emails and no response as well. Is there a customer service ???
I wish I would have known about these before, so comfortable. My feet feel amazing after 8-10 hrs of non stop being on my feet. Definitely order again.
They are good but no shoes fit with them. So they’re good but if you go beyond2 cm I wouldn’t recommend insoles.
I have only had them for a week and run with them 3 three times. I have a fair amount of foot pain after my runs (not so much during). Before my new ones, I was attributing this to old orthotics. Do I need to give new ones more time? I have a 15K run on July 13 and need to decide whether to continue with my old orthotics or stay with the new. Should I do a new scan of both feet to double check my dimensions and fit? Maybe order a second set? IDK
They seem to be a perfect fit so far! I've gone one walks and some short runs with them so far and nothing but comfort!
Stride is the absolute best! Been a total game changer for me. Maybe for you too?
After hearing that Upstep was made in Israel I obviously refused to buy anything from that racist country. I like that Stride is made in America.
They have my name engraved on the bottom. Such a cool touch.

Thank you so much to the stride team for helping me get fit for your insoles. I love my pair and am telling everyone in my book club tonight about it.
I have a pair of boots that were really giving me pain. I got a pair of Stride Soles after going online and seeing their site. Pretty cool site so I decided to give them a try. Not going back.
Get yourself a pair of Strides. They sold out last month so I know they don't stay around forever.
Can’t believe how amazing these insoles feel. Highly recommend.
Here is why Stride deserves 5 stars
1: The Fit. She says they fit extremely well. No cutting of the toe areas and the side profile fits right in her foot.
2: Durable. It's been about 6 months since I got them for her and they still look pretty much brand new. The last pair of Dr. Scholls I got for her started falling apart in only a few months, so these definitely stack up well.
3: Support. My Wife has really flat feet. The arches of feet often become achy and she needs something to help. These bad boys do the trick instantly and she says she feels like she is 35 again!
Not necessarily as squishy as others, but as someone that needs actual support, I appreciate a more ridig product.
