Hi everyone,
My name is Nadia Ruiz. I'm a coach, educator, and athlete. I have been competing in running for 28 years and have been coaching for 18 years. I started using Stride, these insoles, for performance boost.
They are very easy to order. That is the number one great thing about them. You don't have to go into the medical office or the doctor's. You can just download app, you scan your feet, and then they customize orthotics into your foot.
And then a nice little touch, it has Nadia on the back.So you insert these into your running shoes, and they are so affordable that you can order more than one for your multiple pairs of running shoes.
They are great for performance, for age groupers, for elites or also for recreational runners and at all ages.My dad, I ordered a pair for my dad as well, and we've been running together for 28 years.
I have had the pleasure of working with Stride Soles over the last couple of months. I've been using their insoles for running and walking, and putting on a ton of millage. I'm pleased to say that the standard is of very high quality. With my patients we are always trying to find a balance between being able to provide enough support by changing the forces being acted on that foot, and also having the insoles be comfortable. These insoles do that job very nicely. In terms of ease of application and ease of ordering these insoles are fantastic.

When I first experienced the Stride process, I was blown away. The questions asked in their intake form, the scanner, the gait analysis - it all mirrored what I was doing in clinic. I can now remotely offer my patients orthotics that adhere to full podiatry standards.

As the oldest professional women on the ironman and ultraman circuit, I rely heavily on my equipment to keep my pushing forward. I've been wearing the Stride custom orthotics for about a year now, and i'm a total convert.
I have pairs for both my cycling and running shoes, and I really like how much arch support they offer without adding to much weight.

Excited that my pair finally arrived and I have nothing but great things to say. The fit was perfect. Size was perfect too. My plantar fasciitis pain has really gone down in the last few weeks. Bravo!
Took a month for them to fill my order and received almost no information about the status of my order during that time, despite my requests. The only update a couple weeks in was to inform me that because of the size of my foot, they had to move the printing of the orthotic to their lab in Germany. It was another two weeks before I received the order.
I’ve been prescribing Stride Soles to my patients for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about the product. I really appreciate the time they put into crafting every pair. I’ve used other orthotics manufacturers before, but they always seem to cut corners… not these guys. Their new app is very easy to use as a practitioner, but for really anyone.

Coming from traditional molded plaster casts of youre feet insole's. I am impressed how this technology works on the 3D level to make a mold of your feet that actually work as good as my old orthotics did but way cheaper.
Feels good on my heels and arches but they have been giving my toes blisters which I've never had with any other insoles.
super comfortable
right out of the bag
wore them all day today which was my first day
i want to order a back up pair for different
I wish I would have known about these before, so comfortable. My feet feel amazing after 8-10 hrs of non stop being on my feet. Definitely order again.
They are good but no shoes fit with them. So they’re good but if you go beyond2 cm I wouldn’t recommend insoles.
I have only had them for a week and run with them 3 three times. I have a fair amount of foot pain after my runs (not so much during). Before my new ones, I was attributing this to old orthotics. Do I need to give new ones more time? I have a 15K run on July 13 and need to decide whether to continue with my old orthotics or stay with the new. Should I do a new scan of both feet to double check my dimensions and fit? Maybe order a second set? IDK
They seem to be a perfect fit so far! I've gone one walks and some short runs with them so far and nothing but comfort!
I ordered a pair for my son and accidentally entered some information incorrectly. I called, and a REAL person picked up and immediately fixed my order. Makes me feel good knowing I’m supporting this kind of company. Go Stride!
Stride asked me to do a review but honestly I would have done it on my own. I stand behind this product 100%.
I have terribly arch pain, especially after walking around every day. Luckily Stride has been here and very helpful.
I've always hated wearing shoes. My Birkinstocks have been my go-to shoe for a few years now. With Stride, it kinda feels like I've got Briks but now in my shoes.
The black on black is very cool. My old Superfeet made me feel embarassed taking off my shoes, not anymore!
Will I ever go back to Dr. Scholl's?? Probably not. Maybe they are cheaper but my gosh are they poorly made. I checked the back and they are nothing better than Chinese.
I have a pair of boots that were really giving me pain. I got a pair of Stride Soles after going online and seeing their site. Pretty cool site so I decided to give them a try. Not going back.
Where do I begin? Maybe at the top. Stride is such a great orthotic. I used to have such pain in my heel that my grandkids used to think I had rocks in my shoes. Well, not anymore. It's like I'm floating on air now. Well, not really, but at least the pain isn't as bad.
