Does Stride offer the same medical quality as going to a Podiatrist?
Yes! And in many ways better. Just like in the clinic, you capture a 3D foot scan, record a gait analysis, and answer key questions about your foot health. You can even request a 1:1 consultation with a member of the Stride team. All this in just 5 minutes and a fraction of the cost.
Your information is then analyzed by our podiatrists who then craft your custom orthotics, designed to alleviate your pain and improve your health.

When/How do I scan my feet & provide the gait video?
After completing your purchase, we will send you detailed instructions to your email to begin the scan and gait recording process.
The entire process takes around 5 minutes. If you require additional assistance email us at team@stridesoles.com.

What if I don't like my Stride Soles?
You can begin a return one of two ways. The fastest option is to fill out this form, which will trigger a prepaid return label to be emailed to you. Alternatively, you can email us directly at team@stridesoles.com and we will send the label from there.
Once you receive the label, print it, attach it to the return package, and drop it off with the courier. Your return is considered complete at the moment the courier scans the package in.

Yes of course! In the open-ended portion of the questionnaire please enter your prescription/information and we will build your orthotics accordingly.
You may also send any documents to team@stridesoles.com with subject "Podiatrist Review".
Finally, if you want an exact replica of your existing orthotics, we have the ability to provide that service. Please write us at team@stridesoles.com for more information.
Does insurance cover Stride?
We currently accept HSA/FSA cards, as well as doctor notes indicating patient need.
Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not cover custom orthotics, so we do not partner with any.
How long until I feel relief?
For 80% of patients*, relief is immediate as your arches get the needed support.
For 95% of patients*, relief occurs over two weeks as your body gets used to the support and improved gait mechanics.

How long do Stride last?
Stride Soles will last 3-5 years, depending on patient weight and usage.
All custom orthotics come with a 3 year quality guarantee. If the product is damaged within that period, simply reach out to us and we will replace your orthotics, free of charge.
