Satisfaction/Money-Back Guarantee Policy
At Stride Soles, every pair of orthotics is individually designed and crafted to meet your unique foot structure and comfort needs. Because each order is a custom orthotic made specifically for you, we only begin the design and fabrication process after your purchase.
Break-in Period
Your feet and body need time to adapt to the support of custom orthotics. We therefore require you to wear your insoles for at least 21 days before requesting any adjustments or remakes. This break-in period allows your muscles and gait to naturally adjust and ensures the most accurate assessment of fit and comfort.
If, after this period, you are not completely satisfied, we proudly offer up to three complimentary redos (up to 180 days, whichever comes first) to ensure your orthotics feel just right. Each redo is carefully revised based on your feedback and updated scan information, ensuring your final pair provides the comfort, alignment, and support you expect. To initiate a redo, please email us at Team@stridesoles.com with your order number and redo request.
After receiving and using your orthotics
If you remain unsatisfied after the 21-day adjustment period, you may return your orthotics for a full refund.
Refunds are issued only to the same payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with Stride’s payment records.
All remakes or modifications must be performed exclusively by Stride Soles, Inc. Any adjustments done by an outside provider (such as another company or podiatrist) will void all return and remake policies.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at team@stridesoles.com
*** The 180-day money-back guarantee applies only to custom orthotics.
Sizing
We make all orthotics to the size you request in your questionnaire. All other sizes must be requested either an email to team@stridesoles.com or through our open ended section in the questionnaire. Refunds/Remakes will not be allowed for those who decide they would like the orthotic in a different size; An additional orthotic must be purchased.
Liability and Medical Disclaimer Policy
At Stride Soles, we take pride in creating custom orthotic insoles designed to enhance comfort, alignment, and overall foot support. Each pair is made to your individual specifications using advanced scanning and design technology. However, it is important to understand the scope and limitations of our products and services.
1. Non-Medical Nature of Our Products

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or persistent pain, we strongly recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare provider such as a podiatrist, orthopedist, or physical therapist before using custom orthotics or modifying your current treatment plan.
2. Customer Responsibility and Use

- You should immediately stop use of insoles if pain worsens or persists.
- The insoles are intended for personal use only and should not be shared or modified outside of Stride Soles’ adjustment program.
- You will follow any provided instructions for break-in and care (emailed to you after purchase), including the recommended 21-day adaptation period before requesting adjustments.
- You understand that individual comfort responses vary, and adjustment or redo options (as described in our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy) are provided to help ensure optimal comfort.
Stride Soles is not responsible for discomfort, injuries, or aggravation of existing medical conditions arising from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or using the insoles for purposes other than intended.
