Your Platform
For Prescription Orthotics.

Everything a lab relationship gives you — the spec, the fabrication standard, the follow-up — with none of the overhead a lab relationship usually costs a practice.

Request a Demo

Under Four Minutes Per Order

A short questionnaire, a 3D foot scan, a gait video. Done in the room on a phone or tablet.

Effortless Upside

No training program, no equipment purchase, no inventory, no change to how your front desk books or bills.

Fulfillment To Your Clinic

10–14 days from order to your door, so you can schedule the fitting visit at the time you write the Rx.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

A 21-day fit window with free adjustments, and a 3-year quality guarantee on every pair.

The Referral You Lose

Three reasons a clinically indicated device never gets made.

Continuity

The patient leaves your care

You identify the need, refer out, and the orthotic decision — plus the follow-up — happens in someone else's clinic.

The wait

3–6 weeks before day one

Appointment, foam box, return shipping, lab queue. Your treatment plan stalls while the device is in transit.

The price

$400–$1,000, rarely covered

Most insurers don't cover custom orthotics, so cost is the reason the device gets declined at the front desk.

Simple Process

How It Works In Your Clinic

Everything happens on a device you already own, inside a visit you're already having. Under four minutes of chair time, and the file reaches our design team the same day.

Intake questionnaire

01  INTAKE QUIZ

You control the diagnosis of care

A short questionnaire captures diagnosis, activity demands, shoe type, sport and prior devices. There's an open Rx field — write it the way you'd write it to a lab and we build to it.

Foot scan and gait capture

02  SCAN & GAIT

Under four minutes, start to finish

A 3D foot scan and a gait video on any iPhone or Android. Questionnaire, scan and video together take under four minutes. Every scan returns a free foot profile for the chart.

Orthotics delivered

03  FABRICATION

Orthotic arrives at your clinic for fitting

Designed in Germany, 3D printed to the scan, shipped to your clinic in 10–14 days. You fit the patient, you check the response, the visit stays yours.

What You Control

It's Your Prescription.
We're The Lab.

Send a spec and we build to it. Send a diagnosis and our pedorthic team designs it. Send an existing device and we can replicate the shape in our material.

AdjustmentsFree inside the 21-day window
Full-length shell compared with a three-quarter device

Our corrective shell runs through the toes, so the correction is still there in terminal stance and push-off — the highest-force part of the cycle. Three-quarter foam devices give that phase up.

3D foot scan

Digital capture only. Clinical studies show 3D scanning improves patient satisfaction and reduces the need for adjustments compared with foam impression.

A New Service Line
Without A New Department.

Custom orthotics become something you offer, not something you refer out — with no capital purchase, no inventory on a shelf, and nothing new for your front desk to learn.

Offer a high-demand service with no changes to your business

No scanner, no casting supplies, no stock. The capture runs on a phone or tablet you already have.

Improve outcomes inside your own plan of care

The device supports the gait you're already retraining, and you're the one who fits it and reassesses it.

Open a cash-based, recurring revenue stream

Special clinic pricing, no claim to chase, and devices that patients reorder for a second and third pair.

Strengthen your brand as a patient-centric practice

The patient gets a clinical-grade orthotic in two weeks from the clinician they already trust — no second referral.

We handle design, fabrication, shipping to your clinic, adjustments and the 3-year guarantee. Clinical support is a call away.

What Our Clinicians Say

PTs, DPMs and sports-medicine clinics already prescribing Stride.

“I've been prescribing Stride Soles to my patients for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about the product. I really appreciate the time they put into crafting every pair. I've used other orthotics manufacturers before, but they always seem to cut corners… not these guys. Their new app is very easy to use as a practitioner, but for really anyone.”
Dr. Kevin Davi Dr. Kevin Davi, DPT
Owner, Family Health PT
“When I first experienced the Stride process, I was blown away. The questions asked in their intake form, the scanner, the gait analysis - it all mirrored what I was doing in clinic. I can now remotely offer my patients orthotics that adhere to full podiatry standards.”
Dr. Stephanie Kane Dr. Stephanie Kane, DPM
Board Certified Foot & Ankle Surgeon
“Fit a couple patients with Stride Soles and they absolutely love it, it's made a big impact in their lives. Their knees feel better, hips feel better, back feel better, and of course their feet feel better... I know you are going to like them!”
Dr. Michael Harmon Dr. Michael Harmon
CEO, Harmon Physical Therapy
“I take my patient care very seriously. I'm not going to endorse and prescribe any product until I am fully sure it's in the best interest of my patients. I am confident that Stride Soles is the best orthotic money can get you.”
Dr. Elsa Gould Dr. Elsa Gould, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
“With my patients we are always trying to find a balance between being able to provide enough support by changing the forces being acted on that foot, and also having the insoles be comfortable. These insoles do that job very nicely. In terms of ease of application and ease of ordering these insoles are fantastic.”
Michael Selby Michael Selby
Board Certified Podiatrist, Biomechanics
“As a on-the-go PT, I love how my patients can just scan their feet from anywhere”
Dr. Keyon Thompson Dr. Keyon Thompson, PT, DPT
Clinic Owner, Louisville, KY

Indications we see most from PT and sports-medicine partners. Shoe-specific profiles mean the same correction follows an athlete from cleat to trainer to street shoe, and partners also use Stride prophylactically — correcting loading issues in season before they become an injury.

Provider Questions

What do I need to get started?

A phone or tablet. No scanner to buy, no casting supplies, no inventory, no software to install in the practice. Questionnaire, 3D scan and four-minute gait video are done in the room in under four minutes.

Can I send my own prescription, or replicate a device the patient already has?

Yes to both. Write the spec in the open-ended field, or email documents to team@stridesoles.com with the subject “Podiatrist Review.” If you want an exact replica of an existing orthotic in our material, we can do that too.

How fast, really?

10–14 days from order to your clinic, including production and shipping. You can schedule the fitting visit at the time you write the Rx.

What if the fit needs adjusting?

There's a 21-day window to adjust or return with no hassle, plus a 3-year quality guarantee — if a device is damaged inside that period we replace it free of charge.

How does pricing and payment work?

Partner clinics get special clinic pricing, set per practice — our team will walk you through it. Patients can use HSA/FSA cards, and we accept doctor's notes indicating patient need. We don't partner with insurers, so there's no claim to chase.

Is the device credentialed?

Stride Soles is a member product of the American Podiatric Medical Association; approval requires evaluation by a panel of ten clinicians. Design is led by an award-winning pedorthist and advised by foot & ankle surgeons at Stanford Medicine and Hospital for Special Surgery.

Can I talk to a clinician about a specific case?

Yes. Partner clinics get direct access to our clinical team, plus weekly live Q&A with licensed clinicians. Email team@stridesoles.com with the subject “Speak to Clinician.”
