Before our team can get started on designing your orthotics, there are a few steps we need you to complete to make sure your custom orthotics are a perfect fit for your feet.

Let me walk you through them:

Step 1 — Complete Your Foot Scan and Gait Video in the App

  1. Download the app + input login ID

    Your login ID.

  2. Scan your feet

    • Follow the in-app prompts to scan each foot.
    • Keep a ruler or measuring app nearby for the most accurate results.

  3. Record your gait video

    • After scanning, record a short walking video in the app so our clinical team can review how you move.

  4. Complete final questions

    Please have a ruler or tape measure handy to measure your foot length.

    Note: If you do not have either, iOS devices have the default ‘Measure’ app you can use for this step.

Once everything is in, Dietmar's team can get to work.
